The Brief

Improve talent retention: VenueScanner wanted to introduce a culture first approach to hiring in order to improve talent attraction and retention.

Increase brand awareness: VenueScanner needed help articulating the company’s values and EVP to elevate their employer brand.

Approach

During our project with VenueScanner we worked on creating their careers page and building a new applicant tracking system that would attract and retain the right talent. We also reworked and implemented new values in order to align them with the team and elevate their employer brand.
