During our project with Beryl we worked on creating their new careers page and rewrote all job adverts. We also reviewed their advertising plan and implement social media strategies. As part of the project, we redesigned their values in order to align them with the team and elevate their employer brand. To improve the hiring process we developed a whole talent function that would focus on the candidates’ experience and where a culture first approach would be a key focus point. We also attended 2 talent events that were beyond successful, having over 400 conversations with incredible candidates and where we received over 120 applications from amazing talent!
